HITS AND GRINS BIO STEVE DEAN Nashville songwriter, Steve Dean, has co-written six #1 hits including the most played song on country radio in 2007, ‘Watching You’ for Rodney Atkins, ‘It Takes A Little Rain’ for the Oak Ridge Boys, ‘Southern Star’ for Alabama, ‘Round About Way’ for George Strait, ‘Walk On' for Reba McEntire, and ‘Hearts Aren’t Made To Break’ for Lee Greenwood. Among Steve’s musical influences are The Beatles, The Byrds, The Eagles, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash and Roger Miller. Steve’s songs have been recorded by the LoCash Cowboys, Joe Nichols, Dierks Bentley, Lee Ann Womack, Waylon Jennings, Conway Twitty and more. As a singer/songwriter, Steve gives his audience a behind the scenes look at how songs are written and shares other unique stories about his hits. VICTORIA VENIER Victoria is a multi-talented singer/songwriter and dynamic performer. As a songwriter she recently landed on the Grammy nominated CD ‘The Standard’ by Take Six with her song ‘Back To You'. She is also a featured singer/songwriter on the critically acclaimed ‘This Is My America’ project with three song contributions. Born and raised in Illinois country, Victoria now lives in Nashville and has toured nationally and internationally. She has performed on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry numerous times and has been a featured entertainer in Ireland at the Belfast/Nashville Songwriters Exchange where she ‘wowed’ an international crowd. As a vocalist, Victoria has backed up great artists like Brenda Lee, Joe Diffie, Sandi Patti and BeBe Winans. She is also in high demand as a Nashville session singer, recording demos, soundtracks and commercials. BILL WHYTE Bill Whyte, originally from Missouri is a comedian, singer/songwriter, comedy writer, and radio personality. In 2012 Bill received the highest honor in his industry by being elected to the 'Country Radio Broadcast Hall of Fame'. He’s also a 'CMA' winner, winning 'Best Large Market Personality' in 1991, as well as receiving numerous 'Billboard' nominations and picking up a 'Gavin Award' for 'Best On Air Morning Show'. As an entertainer his unique presentation of funny and twisted songs makes him a favorite wherever he entertains. Whether he’s singing ‘Retired’ recorded by Ray Stevens, or ‘I’m Going Ugly Early’ recorded by Cledus T. Judd, or ‘Trailer Park Sexy’, he always leaves the audience laughing. As a serious songwriter, Bill’s songs have been recorded by Brady Seals, Linda Davis, Darin and Brooke Aldridge and he wrote the title song for the Joe Nichols album ‘Crickets'. Bill has been a comedy writer for 25 years for Premier and United Stations in New York writing funny parody songs and comedic bits for radio stations all across the country on a daily basis.
